We have two production plants exclusively dedicated to the application of heat treatment. We have state-of-the-art Ipsen©️ furnaces and we carry out our treatment in independent batches, complying with the highest quality standards.

Constant Monitoring
The different operations are carried out under controlled conditions and in accordance with the specifications and quality standards set.
Adaptability
The batch size is adapted to the technical needs of the parts, from 150 kg to 1500 kg, which allows the treatment of components of various sizes, maintaining the highest efficiency in the operation, the highest precision and the best use of energy.
Thermal Uniformity
The heating chambers are prepared to achieve perfect thermal uniformity, reaching temperature homogeneity ranges of ±6 ºC.
Fully Equipped Facilities
Our fully automated modular facilities are equipped with the most advanced technologies in hardware and control software. We have state-of-the-art, 100% automated Ipsen © furnaces, which allow us to operate different heat treatment processes for steel components.
Recirculation Devices
The oil quenching chambers equipped with recirculation devices (SuperQuench) allow the oil flow to be efficiently directed through the load, achieving uniform microstructural transformations of the material at all levels of the treatment load, as well as appropriate control of any dimensional deformations in the components.
